Determining the appropriate filing fees to submit with a USCIS petition can be confusing, as the form filing fee vary depending on the type of immigration status being requested, and most employment-based immigration petitions require an asylum program fee in addition to the normal filing fees, though this requirement varies depending on the size and nature of the petitioner.
