Immigration lawyer, Jason Crofts, obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brigham Young University in 2014 and earned a law degree from Emory University in 2017.
Following his second year of law school, Mr. Crofts joined the Atlanta office of one of the world’s most distinguished immigration law firms. He remained with the firm for over 8 years, ultimately serving as a Senior Associate, responsible for managing the full spectrum of employment-based immigration matters for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
His specialties span the communications, manufacturing, energy, financial services, food and agriculture, healthcare, information technology, and transportation sectors.
Through this invaluable experience, Mr. Crofts developed comprehensive knowledge of complex immigration policies and procedures and advanced legal strategies, serving as a trusted advisor to his clients. In particular, Mr. Crofts developed specialized expertise in Extraordinary Ability (EB-1A) and National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, pioneering the Atlanta office’s NIW practice and providing training to hundreds of lawyers across the United States.
In 2024, Mr. Crofts formed Peak Immigration to focus his services on providing tailored, personalized solutions to individual applicants and startup organizations, primarily focusing on EB-1A and NIW petitions. Since founding Peak Immigration, Mr. Crofts has secured both immigrant and nonimmigrant petition approvals on behalf of individuals and businesses around the world, securing their ability to contribute their exceptional talent and innovative solutions in the United States.
